When “..it hits the Fan” !

When “ …it hits the fan”

Having a daily routine and committing to it even when you don’t feel like it helps keep you grounded and connected to the world around you in a way that promotes health!

If you live alone ask that family or anyone on your support network and or your professional case management team, can be right there with you when you are clear and permit them to assist you at times when you cannot do so for yourself day in and day out. This support team is to keep a check on you and help you to have and stay with a routine.

A daily routine to promote wellness and positive actionable behavior helps one keep a healthy life style and keeps you thinking more healthfully, and minimizes the impact when you feel that “something” is beginning to attempt to take hold.

Do not fight against what you are feeling as this will exhaust you, but instead, Let Go! … that means calmly, but firmly not letting symptoms take hold, don’t get swept away by feelings that you won’t manage, but also do not fight against anything, but instead commit to “doing and participating”, in your daily routine for wellness despite not feeling good.   Your daily routine at any time is to live as healthfully as possible and take all steps such as exercise, long walks, whatever helps lift the endorphins naturally like eating well, and when you return to feeling good keep this routine so that once you shower, groom yourself to look good for the day and put on clean clothes, take a walk or other exercise, healthy eating then you can relax into a productive day.  Your day will improve with each positive action toward the outcome of a healthier you.

Action plan for each and every day.

Spruce yourself up first!

!. Shower, pamper and look good.

  1. eat good food – avoid foods that make you edgy. i.e. too much starchy foods, too much coffee and sugar.

3.GO OUT!    WALK!   MOVE !   DANCE to music, use a headset if you benefit to drown out anything but the music.

Do not behave yourself into unwell conditions and actions. Behave yourself into better health!

Act (actions) like a healthy person.  Clean your living space- not from a place of mania, but from a caring for yourself to avoid a cluttered environment that you lose things and feel overwhelmed.   Mess and clutter contributes to a cluttered feeling in your mind, so clear out the mess and live in a simple, healthy manner.

These are basic daily steps to be sure that you begin in front every day and not behind, especially when you feel that the day is going to need you to focus and get into your planned routine.   So, avoid spiraling into a decompensation, depression mania or psychosis by beginning each day with a routine for a healthier you by acknowledging and notice the first signs of a shift in your moods.

Daily action Plan! Shower, good food, Clean, spruce yourself up, put on laundry before you step out of your home. Go out even when you don’t feel like it.

So, when “ ..it hits the fan “ and any day starts a little uncertain you will be in front simply by taking the daily routine steps every day, committing to doing and participating and so that you will be ready to be operating from a more organized, healthful living space and if you followed the recommendation of the previous blog,    “Help” ….Ask For Help! ” then your team will be ready to step in should they be needed.
